Kulbushan Sudhir Yadev or Kulbhushan Jadhav, alias Hussein Mubarak patel is a former Indian Naval Commander who was taken into custody by Pakistan Intelligence on March 3, 2016. Through a counter intelligence operation from Mashkel, Baluchistan, for his involvement in espionage and sabotage activities against Pakistan’s Government and state. Jadev was born on 16 April, 1970 in Maharashtra. He joined National Defense Academy in 1987 and was assigned to engineering branch in Indian Navy by 1991.
While being in the custody of Pakistan Armed forces, Jadhav confessed that he was involved in espionage activities continuously taking place inside Baluchistan and Karachi, whether it’s secretarial terrorism or national panic. In his confessional video, he admitted repeatedly that he played a major role in deteriorating law and order situation in Karachi, at the behest of Indian intelligence agency RAW. He was an active spy of RAW when he was arrested. Moreover, in the video released by Pakistan Forces, Jadhav also accepted that he began working as an Intel recruit after the attack on Indian Parliament, long back in 2001. Later, He ends up setting up a small business in Iran in 2003 which guaranteed him cover for frequent trips in Pakistan. To all intents and purposes he is an Indian RAW agent who has been caught red handed while carrying out a chain of covert actions in sovereign state. Despite irrefutable evidences and confessional statements Indian Intelligence and Government both preferred to turn deaf ear towards this affair and plausibly denied all the ties which Jadhav approved between RAW and current Pakistan’s insurgencies.
On Monday morning, after 13 months of serious trials Jadhav was tried by FGCM under section 59 of Pakistan Army Act (PAA) 1952 and section 3 of official secret Act of 1923. FGCM found Kulbushan Yadhav guilty of all charges and hence ordered him to hang till death. Though He still can appeal to an appellate bench headed by three stars general and the case can be taken to Supreme Court of Pakistan and finally a mercy petition too can be sent, to the President.
After this Stark decision of Pakistan Chief of Armed Forces, Qamar Javed Bajwa, who seems to carry on the iconic legacy passed down to him by Formed chief General Raheel Shareef. Indian Government and sitting parliament are daring to call in question every possible false scenario in order to save Jadev. Yes, the same Jadhav whom they prominently denied earlier. Sushma Swaraj, Indian Minister of external affair even went a bit more away and challenged Pakistan to face consequence if they dared hanging Jadhav.

The Government of Pakistan and the Armed forces of Pakistan must make sure that people like Jadhav ends up as an everlasting example for all those who question the sovereignty of Pakistan and along with this also endure that People like Sushma swaraj ends up eating their own words.
